FUNNY STUFF

Hmmm....I had three things I wanted to blog about that happened today that were funny enough to blog about. But now I'm tired and forget. Hopefully I'll remember :)

First of all, last night, we were the victims of dumb criminals. This morning, I woke up and the clock in my bedroom was about a half hour different from the two clocks in the kitchen. Then I get on my computer and see a different time....WHAT?!?! So, I find out from Adam that at 11:30 last night, WHILE Adam was sitting in the living room with the lights on, some ding dongs turned our electricity off on our house. Our breaker is right outside the living room. DUH! So, he scared them off and called the cops. We've had quite a bit of vandalism in our community lately, I'm just glad we didn't get the worst of it.

Today, I had another prenatal appointment. Sidenote - we had THE perfect between the legs shot, but do you think we saw anything? NO. This baby does NOT want me to know what it is. CRAZY!!!! I'm beginning to wonder if my baby has genitals. That's okay. Surprise is so fun. I still expect it to be our baby Landon.

Here's the somewhat funny part of my appointment. We were talking about THE BIG DAY and talking about water birth. It weirds me out still a bit, but hey, I'm going to do whatever is the most comfortable. Anyway, she has these cool fancy tubs and she was talking about draining them...why not nourish our garden with my placenta?!?! HOW WEIRD is that. Okay, maybe that's just a gross thought and not funny at all. I just think it would be funny if one day my FB status says: had my baby and put the placenta in the garden.

Seems like Sophie had a funny today. Can't remember. Sorry...brain is shutting down.

XOXO

It's actually IKEA, the besta line. Its super easy to put together and it looks nice. He was going to try to make them himself, but we thought it'd be faster and cheaper to just buy them. And it was after we priced it all out.

It will be fun for you to have a surprise on delivery day! And I think you are also getting your Landon...I guess we'll just have to wait another month or so to find out.

When we lived in Sandy, we lived in a condo complex. One of our neighbors had a band. They would play all hours with their amps turned way up. Mike figured out which switch at the breaker box shut off their power. If they were still playing past 10 pm he would shut off their power. They never caught him. After a while they just knew to stop by 10. I forgot about that story until I read your post. I'll have to remind Mike about that. We'll have a good laugh tonight.
