It seems like whenever I have Greek yogurt and cottage cheese in the house, little man gets the squirts. BECAUSE, I love Greek yogurt, combined with cottage cheese and banana and if it's here, I have a bowl of it a day. Landon DOES NOT have gas ever. But I'm wondering if the big increase in dairy gives him the poo blues (or should I say red? His poor bum bum!). Anyone have experience with this?
P.S. I HEART all you commenters. Thank you for the bloggy love :)

For my kids, dairy and bananas usually helped stop them up. We've not dealt with that side effect of dairy. I'd try balancing it with other foods for him. That way when he gets nursed (and gets the yogurt and bananas) if he has something like a veggie or rice cereal to balance it, it might help. I don't know if that made any sense to you, but just make sure his food intake/nursing is balanced.
I never nursed so I don't know about that. But I do know once my boys started eating regular food and dairy that too much dairy gave them acidic poo. Luke used to get a really sore red bum if I didn't watch it. He loved (still does) yogurt, so I had to be careful. I found that if I gave him enough bread, veggies and fruit (carbs) he was ok.
Hope his bum feels better!
He may have an intolerance to lactose...
