Wendy - we have a wireless router. My PC desktop doesn't have wireless capabilities, therefore it is plugged directly into the router.
Sherry - I think your thingamajig will work to make my desktop wireless. I just need to double check the requirements (specifically making sure I have an available PCI slot, whatever the heck that is??? I need to find a PC guy in the neighborhood to tell me or I'll google it and figure it out).
That still leaves the printer issue. It is not wireless and needs to be plugged into the router. Should I just keep the printer and the router in the living room and on top of the bookshelf? It will look a wee bit odd, but is it worth it to get the desk downstairs?
Wendy - Angela's coming over sometime Monday. You want to come too and help me figure out where to put everything? I did get those new cute frames from RodWorks!!
My floor is gorgeous and makes me quite happy. No more looking at stained carpet. YAY!!!!!!!

I am hoping to get something new installed this summer before baby gets here! That whole "nesting" thing has already got me itchin'~!
