BEST THING I LEARNED FROM MY MOM

I don't remember my mom "training" myself and my other siblings to do this, but she did teach Cory, my youngest brother to ask for something by saying, "please beautiful mommy!" So, I've carried this on with Sophie. She doesn't always say it, but I love hearing "please beautiful mommy" or "please handsome papa bear" come out of her mouth. A request is always more powerful when it comes along with a compliment. Haha!

hahahah - i love teaching my kids random, sometimes, useless phrases. The parrot-phase... you gotta soak it up while you can, right?

Genius! I love it. Maybe it's not too late for Owen.

This is the best tip EVER! We are big into the manners, so this is perfect! Oh, I can't wait to see the looks on Justin's and Evie's faces when I try it out for the first time. This will have to be a video moment.
