DENVER

We're in Denver. We flew in Thursday night and leave late Monday night. We're visiting Adam's parents and his brother Justin lives close by with his beautiful wife Katie, 2 year old Evelyn and 4 week old AJ. This trip definitely feels more like vacation though than a family visit! We started off Friday at the pool. Sophie was tired and cranky, but still managed to have a good time. Friday night, we went to Evergreen and took a walk around a lake that Adam and I had ice skated on when we were visiting for Christmas when we were engaged. Sophie loved throwing rocks in the water! Saturday, we went out to the Farmers Market, fed ducks at the pond, played at the park, and had a picnic lunch. Colleen and I then went to Heritage Square to attempt some cute photos of my growing belly. After naps and dinner, we went to the ROCKIES game!!! To see pics of how a 2 1/2 year old is entertained at a MLB game, click here. Today, we're relaxing a bit (I hope to get a nap in!), going to church, and having a yummy Fathers Day meal. Tomorrow morning, we're heading to the zoo (Sophie's first time ever!). Adam's mom is our vacation photographer, so as soon as she gets all the pics loaded and sent to me, I'll post slideshows.

Sounds like a blast, I would take Denver over pouring rain. Although the sun did come out today!
