Last week, we discovered a Splash Park in Herriman. We met up with a couple friends. Sophie spent most of the time playing on the playground and coloring. She's not much for water that could possibly splash in her face. Landon, on the other hand, was all over it! Poor little guy can't keep his trunks up. Their only a size 3-6 months and he's 11 months! I need a big safety pin.
Landon has been working on his top four teeth. Two have completely broken through the surface, but he's still working on the other two. He has been a trooper... a little more fussy than normal and loving mama, but nothing we can't handle. He now says dadda and mama (although sometimes he says nana). He tries to echo just about everything we say.
Sophie finished her Let's Play Music summer camp a couple weeks ago and was bummed to have a few weeks before Fall Semester starts. She loves music, especially making up songs. She is a budding composer.
Adam's hanging in there with work. He's halfway through his Provo College term and may not be teaching next term, depending on what they are offering. He will welcome the break.
Thanks to everyone who commented on my Kitchen Monki post. We set a record for post with the most comments on their blog!

I LOVE the first picture! Especially the sunburst under Landon's knee. You really should frame it! And congratulations on having the most comments on a post. That is exciting!
Those boy sizes for swimsuits are so awful! 3-6 month size fit Carter until he was like 4! So i guess for a regular kid that would be like 2 1/2. hahah. Never have to buy Landon a swimsuit again!
Goodness, he's walking? We need to get together again soon! (Maybe after the baby!)
I'm off next week. let's plan a play date. I wanna see your kids!
