WEEKEND WRAP-UP

Holy smokes! Busiest weekend ever. Well, busy really was the whole week. Thursday night, I did my first Healthy Moms Kitchen Cooking Class up in Herrimann and than Friday morning, we were off early. I dropped my kids at my sisters house and went to Park City for the social media conference - EVO. It was incredible, to say the least. I met many women bloggers who I LOVE and learned a ton. Adam picked up the kids on his way home from work and I met him at the temple. I missed my kids like crazy and was glad they were awake when we returned home. Saturday morning we got up early and I was too exhausted and missed my kids too much to run out the door, so we hung out for a bit and I left at 9:30 and went back to Park City. Then, met Adam and the kids at my parents for dinner and a 50th birthday party celebration for my dad. After church today, you better believe the kids and I all took three hour naps!!! I'll tell ya more about EVO later. Most exciting thing was meeting a "celebrity" and having her invite me to hang out in her kitchen a week from Tuesday!!! You'll have to wait until then to find out.

Saturday morning, I did pick up my first share from Community Food Co-Op. I'm really impressed with the meat and just posted my meal plan for the week. Check it out. We're eating like Kings this week.
