Landon has a fever today. I'm pretty sure his top two teeth are coming down. I think he's going to start walking very soon. He's starting to stand for a few seconds (sometimes, very rarely longer) and is starting to attempt to walk towards things from standing, but of course falls to a crawl.
Sophie broke out in hives the last few days we were in Utah. They're on her chest and her back. No idea what that is from?! Tomorrow is her last day of preschool and they're doing a program for the parents. I'm so excited to see everything she's learned. I'm totally impressed with how much she has developed because of preschool, particularly her enunciation. She certainly doesn't express herself like the typical 3 year old. She starts Let's Play Music Summer Camp in two weeks! It's twice a week for an hour.
Adam started a new part-time job today. It pays crap, but hey, at least it's a job. He'll be commuting down to Orem 3 days a week. The company seems really great and it will be a good resume builder by giving him experience with some things he hasn't done previously. We are welcoming some sort of semblance of a normal family life!
I realized/remembered on vacation that I thrive on structure (duh - I already knew that). I mopped the floors this morning, meal planned, and am finishing up the last bit of laundry. I've gotten in some business and am back on track with my goals. I know this sounds crazy, but I'm done with vacation for a while. In the last 13 months, we've been on a cruise, to Colorado twice, Cancun, Phoenix, and Indiana. I think there was a short St. George trip in there somewhere too.
Adam just got home from the grocery store. I'm off to go help him unload.
(Adam just got home from the grocery store. I'd like to type that weekly because that would mean that I'm not going to the grocery store).
P.S. We heart-attacked Daddy while he was off to his new job. SO FUN!

Love the updates! I'm glad you're home safe. The next trip should be Colorado....
Boo for teething! Yay for preschool! Yay for a new job and Yay to stay home for a bit! Enjoy!
Not a big fan of vacations with kids either. Good luck finding structure! It's tough when the spouse's job situation is in flux -- I can attest to that!
