On behalf of the board, staff and volunteers of the Rose Education Foundation, I invite you to consider a publicity opportunity with the SHRINK-A-THONTM weight loss/fundraising program in support of the Rose Education Foundation. Your company donation of either product or services to be used as prizes will help encourage SHRINK-A-THONTM participants to raise as much money as possible for the education of children in poverty in Guatemala. Your donation of cash, product, or services will be used to recognize and reward the weight loss participant(s) who raise the most money for the children during this fundraising campaign.
Not only will your donation help us to congratulate those who have sacrificed to raise money for these children in need, but it will also give your company excellent exposure in the community as a socially responsible company that cares about the less fortunate.
In return for your donation we will be sure to appropriately acknowledge your support in all materials related to the event. Your company will be featured on the local SHRINK-A-THONTM website and seen by the public from now through May 1, 2010. Additionally, depending on the value of your donation, we will give you an advertisement in the awards ceremony program which all participants and guests will receive at the awards ceremony.
To ensure your logo/advertisement is displayed at our website as soon as possible we would appreciate acknowledgement of your companies product, service or cash donation in the next 7-19 days. The Rose Education Foundation is a non-profit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the federal tax code. As such your sponsorship may be tax deductible as a business expense.
