So....yeah...I just attempted my first Pilates workout since I had Landon and my powerhouse and buttocks are not feeling so powerful. I only did the 20 minutes workout. I do feel taller, stronger, blah, blah, blah, but I'm bettin' ya my buns are going to be killing me later. AND I'M GOING TO LOVE IT. Love knowing there are muscles inside this jiggleness! YAY :)
I also did my "initial test" for the Hundred Pushup challenge I started again today. I should have my sexy arms back before Cancun. Simple little challenges like this help keep me in shape and don't overwhelm me.
What's your favorite way to workout when the weather gets cold and nasty? I was planning to start running soon, but it's cold out. Boo. Inside is easier anyway. I don't have to work around the kiddos as much.

I just started P90X today and I loved it. I did the first video of the lean program--Core Synergistics. It was killer good. Tomorrow is Cardio X. I got the 13 disc set for $58 on line. Not bad. Mike's doing the classis program and it's even working him out hard too.

Good for you. I have heard great things about P90X and plan to try it this winter. I am a fan of running as you know, but when it is cold, it sure is hard. I have been doing some weights videos that I really like. I have been in a ton of pain lately, which either tells you I am a wimp or it is working. Or both.
I love pilates - it doesn't look like you're doing much, but it burns like crazy & I really feel it after. I also get really quick results. I've been streaming workout videos through the computer - I think it's hulu desktop or something like that...I'll ask Grove, but they have all these workouts from exercise TV that you can choose from. FREE!!!
