WHAT'S UP

Adam's parents are in town this week, so Sophie is in heaven with all the attention and so is Mommy. I'm getting lots of rest. It's so nice to have extra helping hands around. As you all know well, Adam's mom is a fab photographer and she started taking Landon's baby pics yesterday. It's so convenient to have a studio set up in my basement and not have to go anywhere. We've taken some really great shots so far. I'm excited to share them with you when they are done.

Landon continues to be a good sweet baby, although he did keep me up from about 1:50-4 AM and I was a bit aggravated. But again, luckily for those extra hands around the house, I could hand him off this morning and sleep in. Yesterday, we picked up some super cute fabric at Hobby Lobby to make Landon a car seat tent. It's going to be adorable. I thought girl stuff was way cuter than boy stuff, but I have to say, I am learning more and more that baby boy stuff can be just as cute. I've had some fabulous friends drop off some super cute baby clothes for little Landon. It's really fun to be excited about what your kid is wearing especially when I'm not excited about what I'm wearing. There are still too many pizza dough feeling areas. I can't wait to start working out. Zumba, here I come!!!

Last note for the day before I get on to more productive things - for all you wonderful local ladies in my life - you are invited to a baby shower for little Landon hosted by my amazing mom with the help of equally amazing friend Jodi and sister Hilary. We sent some of the invitations out only to have a friend remind me that I cannot be there at that date and time because we have somewhere else to be. DUH! Why didn't I write it on the calendar or remember? My flake pregnancy brain failed me. So, I'm sending out the info via mass communication so you all have it. The shower is now at 1:00 in the afternoon on the 26th of September at my moms in Lehi. If you don't know where she lives and you want to come, please email me for the address.
