Andrea asked: So how does it work if I sign up on the site? Do they send emails? or do I need to visit the site regularly still to see updated articles? What's your involvement? Are you a team member? Am I asking too many questions?
When you sign up on the 5000moms.com site, you are indicating your interest in being one of the 5000 moms who participates in not only the home, soul, and body essentials, but also the business. You will get a few automated response emails so they can find out more about you and your goals and to help get you more acquainted with the project. I don’t think you can subscribe to say home essentials blog feed like you do a blogspot, so you will have to check back for new posts. My involvement is that of a team leader. Some of the moms who choose to participate in the business aspect will have me as their contact person. No, you’re not asking too many questions ☺
Jessica says: I wasn't so sure about their website, it seemed suspiciously similar to a pyramid scheme, but I did like the concept behind what they were doing.
The business portion of the project is a legitimate business. Check out this article to see what Larry King found out about 5000Moms Corporate Alliance.
Only 9 1/2 more hours to enter the giveaway! I'll announce the winner some time on Saturday.
