I am being very patient about when this baby comes out. In fact, I hope baby comes late because I have a lot to get done in the next 60 days. BUT, the one thing I'm so excited for is to get my butt back in shape, get my eating habits back on track, and to start shrinking down to last winter's wardrobe. Last winter, I was in the best shape of my life, and I'm making it a goal to get back into my clothes by January. I'm even considering running the Salt Lake Marathon in the Spring with my sister. I was doing some research this morning on runners and antioxidants and it got me thinking about it. I don't know if my knees will allow me to run that distance, but I'm hoping for the best.
Anyway, this all brings me to my new badge on the right side of my blog - Moms Losing Baby Weight. My friend Andrea and I run this site to help support and motivate women to get the bodies they want! As soon as about mid-September, I'm going to be coaching RESET teams - women who are dedicated to low-glycemic eating and getting their bodies in the best shape they can. There already is really great information on our site. I'm going to be blogging regularly about what I'm eating, sharing delicious healthy recipes, and other tips.
