I really should be in bed, but couldn't end the day without blogging about THE BEST PARENTS IN THE WORLD!!!! Let's talk about my Dad. Lately, I'm kind of obsessed with my hideous lawn/landscaping. The people who lived in my house before me made some dumb choices and we are living with the consequences. So, whenever I ask my Dad if I can borrow a tool for something, that saintly man just comes right over and does it for me! Not only has he trimmed my trees, loaned us his weed killer/sprayer, and hacked away the big ugly bushes in front, he also hauls off the remains. I LOVE IT!
My Mom is an angel! You all know she sacrificed a week of her life to return to parentage of a toddler while we cruised. She has an answer to every question I ask her and will willingly take food off my hands that's grossing me out or we're just not going to use. Which saves me from feeling waste guilty.
On top of it all, they pretty much do this all at the drop of a hat. I mention my need and they say, I'll be right there! I'm a lucky girl!
I'm so grateful for their endless advice and service to me. I will forever be indebted to them and "thank you" will never be enough. I love you Mom and Dad!!!

That is awesome that your parents live so close by and are able to help you out so much! I wish that my parents lived a little closer... Mason wants to go to their house everyday, but a 50 minute drive is just a wee bit too far for daily visits.
You are a lucky girl. It is great to have parents who live close by and are so good at fixing our daily mundane problems. Thanks for being an example to me on showing gratitude. I am not very good at it.
