TAG - 6 of my Quirks!!

Alaina tagged me on this one.  It was difficult for me to think of 6 quirks.  Maybe I should've asked around.

Towels must be folded in thirds.  Any other way is unacceptable.  It drives me nuts when even the handtowel is not hanging in thirds, but is quickly draped through the hoop.  A towel on the floor is absolutely despicable.  This is something Adam learned pretty quickly.

I organize all linen and clothing by color.  My husband couldn't care less, but I still keep his laundry organized by color (separating long sleeves from short sleeves).  I even have my towels on the shelf by color in ROY G. BIV order, of course.

I have a nervous habit of picking - usually my cuticles, but sometimes my lip.  I can't keep my hands still.  If my hands are still, I'm biting the inside of my lip.  I'm thinking about seeing if hypnosis will take care of this problem.

I won't eat meat off of a bone and I rarely eat leftover meat.  The thought of eating something from a bone is just sickening and makes me feel like an animal and leftover meat just tastes gross.  I also won't defrost meat in the microwave.  It just makes it icky.  I also refuse to cook a turkey.  I hope we're always invited to someone else's house for Thanksgiving, because I won't handle meat on bones.  SICK!  ( I think this one counts for two, so, that's it.  Those are my quirks!)

I TAG: JODI, CORINNE, SHERRY, and KATIE R.

Danny still has not learned the towel on the floor business.

Funny how either Mike or I have everyone of your quirks. I'm the towel and clothes, Mike is the hand fidgeter, and the meat thing is both of us, but not a bone issue, more a quality, preparation method way. ( = So if it's weird, we're weird too.

Thats funny. I organize clothing by type and color as well.

You are hilarious! I had some similar habits, like the clothing organization, but I guess it wasn't that ingrained, because Justin was doing it the complete opposite, and I just let it go... :)

I am constantly biting the inside of my lip. It's probably bad that it usually doesn't hurt. My skin is probably so damaged! And funny because I wouldn't have pegged you as a fidgiter! BTW, I left that stuff out the other day. Did you guys end up staying home? I'll try and run it by sometime tonight.

I'm TOTALLY with you with meat off the bone. It grosses me out. I think eating fried chicken every Sunday as a little girl gave me a complex. And, I too, will never cook a turkey...ewww, gross!...LOL
